This weekend workshop will introduce participants to Transpersonal Psychology and its application in personal development.

The work will include a Pneuma Breathwork session.

What is the difference between personal growth and spiritual development? Have you ever felt at any given moment at loss with the numerous spiritual paths offered today?

Perhaps you have felt that despite the numerous approaches that you have tried, there are still aspects and situations within yourself and in your life that you keep repeating over and over?

Perhaps you have a longing to connect with a greater and more complete vision around certain concepts such as: the Soul, Spirit, the mind, the Divine Plan, Enlightenment, the Inner Being, the ego, the purpose of Life, etc. and how to integrate this knowledge into your daily life.

The steps towards wholeness have been described in detail in numerous spiritual traditions, as well as practices and tools that can lead towards ongoing inner progression. There existed key concepts in antiquity that were held in secret in the ancient Mystery Schools and Traditions of Sacred Worship.

Today however, thanks to the Great Masters of both West and East, these teachings are available to those who wish to advance in both practical and efficient ways towards Knowledge.

During this weekend workshop we will also take part in a powerful technique: “Pneuma Breathwork: the Experience of Divinity”. This is a transpersonal practice of self-knowledge, healing and illumination in the hidden and occult areas of the psyche; one that allows an advancement towards higher levels of consciousness, harmony and wholeness in life.

Pneuma Breathwork

Pneuma Breathwork is a revolutionary and profound practice that allows one to naturally access extra-ordinary and transpersonal states of consciousness. These states allow for the exploration of more subtle internal dimensions of the psyche.

This allows for an infinite variety of possible experiences, from the physical-energetic, to emotional release, as well as the comprehension of unresolved aspects of our personal history. Finally, there exists the possibility of directly experiencing transpersonal or spiritual reality: karma, dharma, reincarnation and past lives, the multidimensionality of the universe, ecstatic experiences of profound connection etc., that can bring deep understanding and transcendence of states of suffering.
