Through playful exploration, you’ll develop a range of adaptive responses—including orienting, exploring, and building curiosity—all in a space that encourages enjoyment and discovery. Join us as we create a supportive environment where you can reconnect with yourself, grow, and build resilience.

You’ll experience a unique blend of gentle movement exercises designed to deepen your awareness of how you move, think, feel, and sense. The class integrates the Feldenkrais Method® Awareness Through Movement classes with Somatic Experiencing orienting and cultivating a deeper connection with the felt sense, grounding you in your body.

Somatic Experiencing® supports your nervous system’s natural regulation, allowing you to process stored stress or trauma and feel more grounded.
