# Nervous System Care x Feldenkrais

This series of drop-in events will feature movement exercises which softly challenge you to take care of yourself by bringing yourself into awareness of how you MOVE, THINK, FEEL AND SENSE.
Andréa's method embodies three approaches that centre growth through a calm nervous system:

  1. Feldenkrais Method © of movement exploration.
  2. Somatic Experiencing © of felt sense exploration.
  3. Authentic Relating © of connection with the world around.
    We will play with developing your different responses: orienting, exploring, curiosity, exploration and fun.

# FAQ

- What do I wear?
Comfortable, not giant elastic at the waist clothing!

-How long is it?

It's usually an hour, but can go longer sometimes.

Is this spiritual or religious?
Mostly no, but yes if you want it to be. It is whatever you want it to be. You can apply spirituality in your search for your light. I sometimes bring up themes of finding your light, but I believe it is also a scientific fact that we have a soul that beams beautiful divine light. That said, there is no prayer to any god.
