Hi! My name is Katie. I work with individuals and groups to facilitate all in the multidimensional process of personal evolution - encouraging the practice of self-mastery and transformation of the soul through meditation, awareness, and love.
I offer a variety of guided meditations. Applied modalities include MBSR (mindfulness-based stress reduction) or mindfulness meditation (derived from Buddhist practice), emotional integration and breathwork, Internal Family Systems or "parts work", yoga nidra, and E.H.F. energy and sound healing. Themes vary depending on event. ALL are welcome!

As spirit-humans of the New Earth, we hold the key - the potential to make the great shift from Fear to Love into a tangible reality. We ARE the bridge between the old and the new way. Each and everyone one of us is a master in training in the School of Life.
As we consciously choose to step onto the path of personal evolution, we enter a process of deep transformation in which we become fully committed to doing the real physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual work it takes to root, grow, and expand.
We turn inward to activate and deepen the process. Transformation is made possible through focused attention and conscious connected breath, where we can process feelings and transmute energy in the Present Moment. Opening the Heart in Stillness, we can step into I AM presence - an awakened state of self-empowerement raising us up from inside. This powerful inner Light moves and carries us forward, gradually freeing the soul and inspiring to create according to your purpose, in harmony with all of life.
The outer world is but a reflection of our inner condition, so it's through taking responsibility for our Self and our life that positive change may ripple out from inside and affect the world in wonderfully productive ways.
