We are happy to kickstart this new initiative along with the launch of our Data Science bootcamp beginning this Fall in Montreal.

The Women’s Data day is a special morning which aims to encourage women to dive into the Data Science field by learning the basics of programming with Python. You will also get immersed in the daily life of a Data Scientist through concrete business cases using datasets from the real world.

We are excited to partner with WiMLDS (Women in Machine Learning and Data Science) for this first edition. Ghizlene Zerguini, Manager at Omnia AI, Deloitte’s artificial intelligence practice and co-founder of Montreal WiMLDS’ chapter in Montreal will be our special guest. She will share with us her journey as a Data Engineer and useful insights on this booming industry.

Prerequisites
Some basic knowledge in Python is necessary but not mandatory. The basic concepts will be explained in a practical and accessible way.
