This will be a potent class where we will use yoga to release any negative energy out of your mind, body, and spirit in order to welcome in energy that is more positive and aligned. Through fluid Vinyasa flows and tension releasing asanas, you will reconnect with your breath and body to come back to who you truly are, so you can create the life you wish to live. We will end class with a ten minute meditation integrating positive affirmations and visualization to help us manifest our desires. This is class is also working with the energy of the new moon, so expect some extra magic! ✨

I suggest bringing a towel/blanket to put under your mat to be more comfortable and so it doesn't get super dirty. In case of rain, class will be cancelled.

This class is completely free! Donations are welcome, but not expected.

Please note:

• If you are unable to make it, please update your RSVP at least 24 hours before class out of respect for the instructor.
  - You can make a donation by bringing cash the day of, or sending an etransfer to mtlyogamindfulness@outlook.com
  - Please try to arrive to the meet-up point by 6:15PM so we can settle in and start on time.
  - Please bring your yoga mat, water, 2 blocks if you have them, blankets, pillows, and any other props you may like to use.
  - Always listen to your body.
  - Have a good attitude and have fun!

Location:

Meet us at Angrignon metro station near the bixis between 6:00-6:15PM and we will walk to the exact spot together. We will be practicing near the big pond by the station. Class will start at 6:30PM. I will update the map pin with the exact location once we arrive, so those that are late can find us. Look for me with my purple mat and blanket!
