As a team of analysts, we face challenges in a variety of areas everyday. It’s all part of the fun of being an analyst. It can be technical, business, economic or even trying to understand the psychology behind our users and their decisions.

At our meetup, we’ll share a few examples of those challenges:

One of our biggest challenges is making decisions in use cases where we can’t conduct A/B testing. We’ll discuss such cases and tell you how to overcome them in launching new app versions to the Google Play store and iOS app store.

We'll speak about the challenge of an analyst to be proactive and initiate analysis and research that will have a significant impact on production, and how we solve it using a simple routine.

Last but not least, we’ll share insights into the world of segmentation and share our new recipe to help you optimize your segmentations, lower risks and be more relevant for the user experience.
