Start your Sunday with intention and ease.

This 60-minute Slow Flow Yoga & Soundbath invites you to move gently, breathe deeply, and find stillness through the soothing hum of sound.

What to Expect: We’ll flow through a 45-minute mindful, heart-centered slow flow — releasing tension, grounding into presence, and opening space for peace and renewal. Beginner friendly, accessible, trauma-informed.

Followed by a 15-minute Soundbath savasana. The crystal singing bowls will carry you deeper into calm, leaving you refreshed and centered for the day ahead.

Bring: yoga mat, water, blanket & blocks (optional), message if need to borrow a mat. Cost: $20
