Slow down, reconnect, and tend to yourself through intentional ritual.
We’ll begin by creating 2oz DIY facial toner and nourishing foot soak— infused with herbs, essential oils and loving energy. Learning and leaning into simple rituals you can bring home with you.

The evening will close with a 30 minute, deeply relaxing sound bath, allowing your body and nervous system to fully unwind as the resonance of the sound washes over you.

Come as you are — cozy clothes encouraged.
Bring a yoga mat & blanket for the sound bath.
