Bloom + Glow ~ A Spring Renewal Workshop + Sound Bath

Grab the friends (or come solo and leave with new ones) for an evening of creativity, connection, and self-renewal. This workshop is an invitation to slow down, tend to yourself, and honor self-care in its many forms this spring.

We’ll begin by creating a one of a kind, all-natural, make-and-take floral body oil, infused with intention, dried flowers and essential oil scents chosen by you. Allowing you to nourish your skin this summer. Then we’ll plant a little terra cotta pot with a flower or herb, a living reminder to nurture yourself with the same care and attention we give to things we want to grow.

We’ll close the evening with a grounding sound bath meditation, allowing the body to soften, the mind to quiet, and the nervous system to settle into deep rest as soothing vibrations wash over the body.

No experience needed. All materials provided.

Leave feeling a little more rooted, nourished, and connected to yourself.
You'll want to bring a yoga mat & blanket for the sound bath. If you do not have them, please reach out and I will provide one.
