Slow Flow Yoga and Sound Bath

Join Tuesday evening's from 6-7pm for a relaxing 45 minute gentle slow flow yoga class followed by a 15 minute sound bath savasana (resting pose). All levels friendly.
Slow Flow/Gentle Yoga: slow, trauma-informed wording and accessibility for all bodies. Breaking down poses to help you access them. Using breath to movement with cueing. No experience necessary. Bring a yoga mat, towel, blanket, blocks, bolster, water or whatever you need for a gentle, slow flow yoga. Gentle Yoga: 6-6:45pm
Sound Bath: You will want mat or blanket to lay on, & to cover up with as your body self regulates, your temperature will lower in this state of rest as the music and frequency flows through your body. A true state of relaxation for mind, body, soul.
Sound bath: 6:45-7pm
If you do not have a yoga mat, we will have extra available.
Beginner friendly, No experience necessary!
