Beltane Veil Ritual

Please join MoonFire on Sunday, May 18, at 1:00 PM for a ritual celebrating Beltane. The veil between the worlds does not thin only at Samhain. On each cross quarter it become thin, but in its own way. For Samhain, it’s death and the afterlife; for Beltane, it’s the natural world, the fey, and the full force of life. Come and join us for MoonFire’s Beltane celebration of the thinning between the worlds, and a chance to connect with the natural forces behind life, love, and happiness. We will each kindle a Beltane fire on the altar, seek blessings from those who hold the inner fires of life, and manifest our happiness and fortunes in the coming bounty of summer.
Please note that for June (next month) MoonFire will be changing the date of our usual 3rd Sunday ritual to the following 4th Sunday. We will thus meet at 1PM at the Church on June 22nd.

MoonFire holds ritual the 3rd Sunday of every month at the UU Church of Arlington, VA, starting at 1 PM with a pre-ritual briefing. Plan to arrive a little early so you can meet folks and get settled in. Rituals are usually followed by a potluck.
