You know how I'm always talking about showing up, even when things get a little... unpredictable? Well, let me tell you about the time I was literally up a creek without a paddle! Picture this: I enthusiastically hopped into a canoe, a little too quickly, and before I could grab the oars, the canoe decided it had other plans and floated away! (Spoiler: I didn't get far, but the entry was less than graceful. Honestly, it was hilarious!)

That's the kind of fun, real, and slightly unscripted energy we're bringing to the beach this weekend! The weather forecast is screaming "PERFECT BEACH DAY" – and we've got something for everyone!

What's Happening?

• BBQ Feast! We'll have a charcoal grill fired up. Lloyd's on steak duty, so bring your absolute favourite dish to share and let's create a spread!
• Water Adventures! We'll have some paddleboards and canoes available, but if you want more options, rentals are available on-site. Just learn from my "graceful" entry! ;)
• Nature & Nurture! Explore the walking trails and join us for a grounding session. There's plenty of space to breathe deeply, feel present, and recharge your Vitality Pillar.
• Family & Fur-Friend Fun! This event is proudly dog and child-friendly, with tons of space for everyone to run, play, and just be.
