About us
Moon Mountain Healing is a heart-led healing practice that helps people come home to their bodies, their truth, and their capacity to live with more ease and connection.
Moon Mountain Healing offers:
- Breathwork for nervous system regulation and emotional release
- Shadow work to integrate unconscious patterns and inner conflicts
- Men’s groups and group containers for honest connection and support
It’s trauma-informed, body-based, and grounded in the belief that people already have the wisdom they need—we’re just creating the conditions for it to emerge.
The purpose of this group
To create a safe, grounded, and supportive space for people to explore healing, self-awareness, and authentic connection.
Through practices like breathwork, shadow work, and conscious group connection, we work with the nervous system, emotions, and the deeper stories we carry in the body.
This isn’t about fixing yourself.
It’s about learning how to be with yourself more honestly, gently, and fully — and practicing that in relationship with others.
Who should join?
This group is for people who:
- Feel a call toward personal growth and healing
- Want to feel more connected to their body, emotions, and truth
- Are curious about breathwork, shadow work, or conscious connection
- Want to practice showing up more authentically in relationships
- Are open to reflection, emotional awareness, and inner work
You don’t need prior experience. Just a willingness to be present and explore.
Why Join?
Because healing doesn’t happen in isolation.
It happens in relationship — with yourself and with others.
These gatherings offer:
- Support for nervous system regulation
- Space to process emotions safely
- Tools for self-awareness and integration
- Meaningful, conscious connection
- A grounded, heart-centered community
If you’re ready to slow down, feel more, and move through life with greater presence and authenticity, this space is for you.

Jacob – Founder of Moon Mountain Healing, shadow work facilitator, breathwork facilitator, guide, and coach. Jacob's work integrates somatic shadow work, conscious connected breathwork, relational healing, and his personal work exploring what it means to be a man to help people cultivate greater awareness, emotional resilience, and authentic connection. His approach is rooted in compassion, curiosity, embodiment, and the belief that healing happens through relationship. He has been in men’s work for over 5 years, doing intentional shadow work for 4 years, and professionally leading shadow work and guiding others through transformation for over a year. His mentor and teacher for shadow work and men’s work is Luke Adler. Jacob has been working with Luke for 4 years.
Oak – Oak has been working in various capacities of service and care for most of his adult life. He has resonated with supporting other humans through much of his work and continues to lean into this passion. Currently, he is a licensed massage therapist working at a spa in Eugene. Bodywork and healing touch has greatly expanded his path of introspection and body awareness. This work has given him clarity on how each individual's healing path is unique and beautiful. Finding the ways to support himself and others on that path is central to his purpose in this life.
Over the past six years, Oak has been involved in various forms of personal shadow work, spiritual growth, healing arts practices, and, more recently, men’s work. He took part in Cascadia Quest’s Tending Male Fire in 2022, which was deeply transformational and led to deeper explorations independently. When Jacob invited Oak to co-facilitate their Root & Rise open men’s group, he was deeply honored and became truly passionate about the importance of this work.
