Welcome Home Group Breathwork @ Earth Rooted Yurt - 4th Friday of the Month

Join us on the last Friday of this month for an evening of conscious connected breathwork inside a cozy, earth-rooted yurt here in South Eugene.

Breathwork is a transformational practice that connects you to your Heart, Spirit, and inner wisdom so you can meet life with greater clarity and Trust.

During our Welcome Home Breathwork session, rooted in David Elliott’s conscious connected method, we’ll intentionally clear stuck energy, soften into self-love, fall into a sense of Home in the body, and create space for full-embodied peace, clarity, and connection.

This practice helps shine awareness on what is true and alive in the body. It supports the release of worry, fear, and uncertainty, so we can Love forward with more ease and comfort within ourselves.

Questions to Reflect On:
Where do I feel stuck in my life?
What is my relationship to my body?
Where in my body do I notice the most sensation?

Let’s breathe into those answers and come out feeling Free in the body.

What to Expect:
A safe, supportive, and intentional group space
The comforting sounds of birds and nature
A guided breathwork journey with music and facilitation
Connection with self and others
Time for rest, snack time, reflection, and integration
A renewed sense of openness and capacity to meet whatever’s ahead

Contribution: Sliding scale $33 – $44 – $55 – $66
