Breath is a powerful tool for bringing awareness to the body, calming the nervous system, and reconnecting with the core of your being. While this style of breathwork can lead to profound emotional releases and deeply expansive experiences, the intention of this container is something beautifully simple:

This is a move-at-your-own-pace practice that honors every body's path. Rather than pushing for an experience, we create the conditions for your body, mind, and spirit to guide the journey at the pace that feels right for you.

As your awareness deepens, emotions, memories, insights, and energy may naturally arise and move through. They are welcomed with gentleness, curiosity, and respect for your nervous system, allowing the experience to integrate more naturally into everyday life.

Throughout the evening, I will be there to support you wherever you are, helping you stay connected to yourself while honoring your own inner wisdom.
