Kundalini yoga works on all aspects of our body from energetic, to glandular, to physical. The set of exercises in this Kriya is going to help release some toxins, some stress and improve destructive behaviour. Being free from stress is the key to happiness.

Much of this yoga is practiced sitting cross legged. We recommend you sit with a straight spine, hips level with or above knees. Sitting on a cushion helps or if you need to, you can sit on a chair. Energy moves up and down your spine. So to get maximum benefits, it’s good to practice having a straight spine. You will feel the difference.
