Inspiration Hatching Hub : 'B'

The Inspiration Hatching Hub is a space for creative play and endless imagination. We meet once a fortnight to share ideas, play games and nurture our creative spirits.

The next instalment of our alphabet series - time to delve deep into the letters that make up our language, thinking about the shapes, sounds and of course the words they create. Next up will be B for bravo, badger and the Borrowers!

We meet on Zoom at 5.30 pm. Your hosts Helen and Cleo will open the session, with a guided visualisation to connect us all, then we will introduce the theme and share some creative stimulation. There'll be time for discussion, time for quiet creativity (write, draw, daydream...) and time for games that stir up our imaginations.

Please bring a pen or pencil and something to write on. You might also want to bring some thoughts about the letter 'B' - what memories, insights, stories or ideas does it conjure up for you?

The agenda

• Tune up - Helen's guided visualisation and welcome
• Creative play – word association games based on the evening’s themes ­­
• Inspiration time - our hosts will provide a series of prompts inspired by the letter 'B', and invite guests to share their own
• Hatching time - we take a quiet moment to write, draw or daydream, and discuss the ideas that are emerging
• Setting intentions - what will you work on (or take a break from...) over the next two weeks before we meet again?
• Close down – at the end of each session, Helen will close down the space ready for our next meeting.
