🚨 NEW LOCATION! October 2026 Moore County REIA Meetup at 125 W Illinois Ave

⚠️ WE MOVED! NOT AT THE GROWLER! ⚠️
Moore County REIA is Tuesday, October 13, 6:30–8:30 PM at our NEW LOCATION:
📍 125 W ILLINOIS AVE, SOUTHERN PINES, NC 28387
Please DON'T go to the Growler. We won't be there! This is our new home base for a while: a quiet room inside the commercial building we're turning around, with no trivia mic to shout over.
🍪 Light snacks provided. We're not a bar or restaurant, so if you want something specific, bring your own food & drinks.
Coming soon: we'll open the books and walk through the real numbers on this building deal.
Come meet local investors, agents, lenders, contractors, and other real estate professionals. Bring an investor friend!
ONE MORE TIME: 125 W ILLINOIS AVE. NOT THE GROWLER! 🙌
