This group was formed to bring women together to learn simple healthy living tips while participating in a variety of fun events.
Events such as, but not limited to, Coffee & Conversation, Wellness Walks, meal prep like Salad-In-A-Jar or Smoothie Bowls, recipe exchanges like Soups in the Fall or Sourdough & Gut Health, Margarita Mondays or Wine Down Wednesday, Facial Friday and Zumba in the Park.
You CAN have more energy, enjoy good gut health, have a thriving immune system, level up your wellness with one simple change at a time!
