COVID UPDATE: In order to protect everyone, especially individuals who have comorbidities that increase their susceptibility, the Parkinson's Exercise Meetup events will be held through Zoom at this time.

This Meetup is our weekly exercise session to help persons with Parkinson's and similar conditions improve their ability to live and enjoy their life.
LSVT BIG is an exercise program shown to be helpful for individuals with Parkinson's Disease improve their mobility, balance, and quality of life.
LSVT BIG emphasizes being loud and fast. It stimulates your nervous system and improves the ability of your brain to collaborate with your body. Come join our meetup in this fun and balanced hour!
We also incorporate postural exercises, balance, strengthening, and stretching as a well rounded, holistic program to help you achieve your best.
Recommended for: Persons with Parkinson or similar conditions. Persons with difficulty with balance, stiffness, freezing, strength, posture.
Difficulty: if you are able to get around on your own, with or without a walker, you should fit right in. If you fall down easily, you can still participate if a friend of family member can stand by you to help keep you safe.
Class size: No class size limit, but please RSVP to help us prepare an optimal experience for you.
