Houston Shakespeare Festival presents "Comedy of Errors"
Details
“Let’s go hand in hand, not one before another.”
About the performance: "Shakespeare’s riotous farce of mistaken identity, 'The Comedy of Errors', brings double trouble to the bustling port city of Ephesus when two sets of twins—separated at birth—unexpectedly cross paths, unleashing a whirlwind of mayhem and mirth.
"In this fast-paced comedy bursting with physical humor, outrageous confusion, and joyful surprise, husbands are mistaken for strangers, servants are denied their own names, and no one can tell friend from foe. As misunderstandings multiply and tempers flare, the laughter never lets up.
"Filled with rapid-fire wit and escalating absurdity, 'The Comedy of Errors' showcases Shakespeare at his most playful. Don’t miss this crowd-pleasing classic, directed by HSF Artistic Director Jack Young."

WHERE TO MEET: We will meet at 7:30 p.m. by the picnic tables near the concession stand on the side closest to the stage door. We'll then go to the hill and set up. If you can't make it at 7:30, we'll hold some space. Look for our location in the comments. Look for our location in the comments. The concert starts at 8:30. p.m.
The hill is divided with the left side allowing chairs and the right reserved for blankets. We sit on the chair side, but we'll try to get space close to the center and front. People with blankets may have their views obstructed.
Drinks and snacks:
Adult beverages are allowed. The city prohibits glass containers in the park. (We don't check and the city never has objected to discreet wine bottles.) It's always more fun when people bring something to share.
Parking:
There are two main parking areas for Miller.
The Zoo lot has more spaces
Parking Lot F
