What we’re about

This group is for people who want to disconnect and truly connect, more nature in their lives, without pressure, performance, or forced socialising.

More nature. More presence.

I spend a lot of time finding green spaces around the city. Parks, quiet corners, early mornings, sunsets.
For nervous system restore, focus enhanced, and a grounded sense of connection to self plus improving connection to others.

Some people want more nature but:
• don’t love going alone
• feel awkward joining “social” groups
• or just want to be around others without having to talk

This space is for that.

You don’t need to be chatty.
Don’t want endless selfies happening.
You don’t need to know anyone.
You can walk quietly, join for part of it, or just show up and exist. Maybe even jog, depending on the group.

I’ll share occasional meetups I’m already doing around Bangkok’s green spaces and just outside the city. You’re welcome to join whenever it fits.

This isn’t a wellness program.
It’s not an event schedule.
It’s a simple way to disconnect & reconnect with nature, enjoy all it's benefits, gently, in the city and build healthier routines without overthinking it.
