Colorado Salt Cave Healing Session + Garden of the Gods Meetup

What’s Included
Join us for a private 45-minute Himalayan salt cave session exclusively for our group of 10 women (I've reserved the whole room just for us—it typically seats 10–12, so this will feel intimate, spacious, and peaceful).
The salt cave is a quiet, still experience—no guided meditation, but soft high frequency music is piped in. You’re welcome to bring your own earbuds if you'd prefer to listen to your own meditation or simply soak in the silence.

Important Arrival Note
You MUST arrive by 4:45 PM. The cave doors close at 5pm once the session begins, and late arrivals can’t enter. (No exceptions) This leaves time to checkin, sign their waiver and settle into the space

Afterward
We’ll casually regroup at Garden of the Gods around sunset (exact time and location will be shared closer to the date). Think relaxed vibes, snacks, and good conversation.

• $30 per person (I’ve already paid for the room—this just reserves your spot)
• There are currently 4 seats left
• Socks are required on the salt floor—bring your own or they have ones for sale for a $1 if you forget

• This is a stillness experience—once you're in, it's quiet and uninterrupted
• Wear comfy clothes and socks

• You’ll likely need to sign a waiver (I’m checking if we can do that ahead of time)
