Lunchtime Mindfulness and Meditation
Details
Participants are welcome to find a quiet, comfortable space to relax and join mindfulness teacher, Lauren, for a calming lunch break meditation. Classes will be held virtually on Fridays, May 8th, 15th, 22nd, and 29th from 12:00-12:30 pm. In these 30-minute mindfulness meditation classes, you will learn daily mindfulness tools, calm your mind and body, and reduce stress. Participants will be introduced to, and guided through, a different type of meditation each class:
5/8 - Stress Relief Meditation: Grounding and Letting Go
5/15 - Mindfulness Tools for Daily Life
5/22 - Movement Meditation and Muscle Relaxation
5/29 - Mantra Meditation, Visualization and Intention Setting
