A Guys Night Out: Fowling
Details
No workshop. No presentation. No pressure to talk about anything deeper than whether that last throw should count.
We’re getting a group of guys together for a night of Fowling—a combination of football, bowling, and the realization that most of us aren’t nearly as accurate as we think we are.
You don’t need to be athletic. You don’t need to know how to play. You don’t need to know anyone before you arrive.
This night is simply about getting out of the house, doing something different, meeting some good people, and having a great time.
Making friends as an adult isn’t always easy. Between work, relationships, family, and everything else competing for our attention, it’s easy for our social lives to slowly disappear.
Sometimes connection doesn’t need to begin with a deep conversation.
Sometimes it begins by standing next to another guy, throwing a football at some bowling pins, and talking a little shit along the way.
Come by yourself or bring someone with you. Either way, we’ll get you into the mix.
What is Fowling?
It’s simple: throw a football at your opponent’s ten bowling pins. First team to knock them all down wins.
What to expect:
- A relaxed, low-pressure atmosphere
- No experience or athletic ability required
- Plenty of opportunities to play, hang out, and meet people
NOTE: Reserving a bay does cost money. If you'd like to help cover the cost, feel free to bring cash or Venmo the day of. No pressure—just appreciated.
