Morgan Hill,San Martin and Gilroy are amazing communities to live in if you still need to get into Silicon Valley for work - or if you just want to invest in surrounding areas and make this area your home! The goal here would be to talk about the real estate markets within Southern Silicon Valley, but the principles we will cover will be applicable anywhere. We will also talk about opportunities outside the immediate community to help all local investors or buyers find the best deals. The goal here is to share knowledge, experience and insights into the various ways that we can secure our futures with real estate - from a South Valley perspective. I am a bit of a data geek, so we can go over the latest numbers and trends to help all members of the group make better decisions as buyers, sellers and investors within the communities that attract our attention for investment! The group organizer is a Real Estate Broker, but there are no strings attached here - this is not a pitch for you to use my services - just a chance for folks interested in Real Estate to share ideas and information.
