Welcome to our weekday Morning Breath Work & Energy Healing Circle, where the brain meets breath, energy meets awareness, and optimal conditions for energetic restoration & emotional healing occur.

Suppose you're looking to let go of stress, alleviate anxiety, heal past trauma stored in the body, get in better touch with your emotions, or simply start your day with a break from your energetic norm (as Dr. Joe Dispenza calls "the familiar state") and create lasting, long-term change. If that's the case, this group is for you.

How Breath Holds and Somatic Breath-work Work

  • Calms the Nervous System:
    Techniques like box breathing and the 4-7-8 method slow down your breath, triggering the parasympathetic nervous system to promote a state of calm.
  • Mind-Body Connection:
    Somatic breath-work emphasizes the connection between breath, emotions, and physical sensations, helping you become aware of how your breath influences your feelings and vice versa.
  • Grounding:
    By focusing on breath patterns and physical sensations, these practices can ground your mind and body, especially when you feel overwhelmed or anxious.
  • Respiratory Sinus Arrhythmia (RSA):
    Slower breathing can amplify RSA, a process where heart rate naturally increases during inhalation and decreases during exhalation, which improves vagal activity and overall resilience

We will meet every weekday from 7:00 to 7:30 a.m. CST.
