Join us each weekday for morning breath work and energy exercises designed to help you become more in tune with yourself!

A brief discussion will be followed by guided breath work, which will facilitate the healing process for anxiety, stress, trauma, emotional pains stuck in the body, etc. We will then engage in an open dialogue before participating in an optional manifestation exercise.

Over the course of your day, you may begin to feel lighter, calmer, more connected to yourself and those around you, at peace with what is, and better suited to deal with many demands life & society throw your way.

Please note that consistency is recommended for optimal results, whether you are part of the group or not, though progress is also key.
