We will gather in the beautiful sanctuary in central Brighton this time @theloft. 😊

Guided meditation will offer you a space for reflection, blissful relaxation and total self-immersion.

Tune to the peace and wisdom within and get ready for an extra love boost before the Christmas holidays starts.

This sacred space will invite you to open your heart and to let it reveal it's message.

During the evening you will be totally supported and held by Marie's energy and invited to enjoy the deep rest. while also nourished by the healing frequencies of Alchemy Crystal Singing bowl, to truly nurture your precious body.

As a special gift, you will also receive Reiki blessing on your personal journey.

FAQs

THE VENUE AND HOW TO GET THERE

Loft is located in central Brighton, North Laine. Use the main entrance to the Little Dippers Swimming Pool. Ring the bell and we'll buzz you in as the doors will be locked at the evening.

Yoga mats and blankets will be provided to keep you cosy. Seating spaces available.

We recommend you just to bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated.

Parking is avalible on streets (limited) or in the car parks. Train station is five minutes walk from the venue and plenty of busses run nearby.

General Admission ticket is £10

It can be purchased via Evenbrite or on PayPal if you want to avoid the booking fee.

Refunds (less booking fee which is paid direct to Eventbrite) can be made on cancellations 7 days prior to the event.
