WHAT TO BRING

Please bring your yoga mat and blanket and / or even a pillow if you wish to lie down. To ensure you are comfortable during meditation is really important to us. ❀️ We recommend bottle of water and comfortable clothes too.

This meditation is for everyone and beginners are most welcome to join us and will be guided through with ease.
Please arrive 10 min before so we can start at exact time.

CHECK THE UPDATES EACH WEEK

This is primarily outdoor event and so it depends on the weather. We love being outdoors and will be gathering there as long as there's no rain and temperature is pleasant. Should we find the weather condition unsuitable, we'll be offering the meditation indoors - just 10 minutes of walking distance from the garden, with limited spaces.
