Unlike our popular Neon Nights evening events, which are all about fun, creativity and social vibes, Morning Focus is designed to be sharper, more insightful, and learning-driven. Think: coffee with some fresh thinking, before the day kicks off.

Ruth is a communications leader with 20 years of experience across journalism, corporate communications, and culture building. She currently leads the Changemaker Lab, an innovative concept designed to activate employees and promote smarter, more efficient ways of working.
Expect both strategic insights and practical tools to help communication professionals lead change from within.
