Dear QiGong enthusiasts,
We practice at Céligny plage on Monday mornings - starting at 9:00 am - throughout the cooler time of the year.

This session is conducted in French language. Translation can be provided.

Medical Qigong is part of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Through its gentle and easy movements, you will inevitably learn how to help your body and mind heal faster, release blockages, regulate emotions, and other imbalances caused by a diet, sedentary lifestyle, injuries, aging, etc...

I love this practice because it enables the body to return to its natural state of health and harmony. It shows how much we can do on our own to become healthier and keep vitality up.

If you have trained with me before, you may want to join to rehearse and add new movements to your daily routine. This time we are repeating movements for boosting the digestive system, relieve lower back pain, have better limb coordination, and much more.

If you are just starting, join us to experience how qigong practice can help you relax and soothe your body and mind, and feel, raise, and balance your chi.

We train in dry weather conditions.
