🌿 Morning Move Berlin

Outdoor Functional Training for Your Morning

A casual, beginner-friendly outdoor workout to move your body, get stronger and start the day with good energy.

Hi! I'm Valeria πŸ‘‹

I'm currently making a career change towards fitness, movement and coaching, and instead of waiting until I have everything figured out, I thought: why not start experimenting?

Morning Move Berlin is my little experiment: a chance for me to practice coaching, explore what kind of training I enjoy teaching, and connect with people in the neighborhood.

I'm currently studying and preparing for my fitness certifications, while building on my own experience in different sports and movement practices.

πŸ‹οΈ What we'll do

Each session will be around 45 minutes, combining:

🌱 Mobility & warm-up
πŸ’ͺ Functional strength
πŸ”₯ Cardio & conditioning
🧠 Core, coordination & balance
🧘 A short cool-down

The workouts are beginner-friendly and adaptable. No competition, no pressure to keep up, and no need to destroy yourself before 9am. πŸ˜‰

β˜€οΈ The experiment

For the first sessions, participation is completely free.

I'm mainly here to get some practice, meet people and see whether this idea works.

If you enjoy it, come back. If you have feedback, even better!

πŸ‘‹ Something about me

I've been into functional training for several years, and I truly believe in the value of group fitness β€” and in the joy and wellbeing that come from moving your body, especially together with other people.

I've been playing ultimate frisbee since I moved to Berlin, and I have a soft spot for sports involving flying objects. πŸ₯ I also practice yoga, love cycling, and generally believe that where there's movement, you'll find me. :)

One thing I'm not a fan of? Competition. I much prefer moving, learning, laughing and getting stronger together.

You don't have to be fit. You don't have to know anyone.

Just bring yourself, some water and maybe a mat. 🌿
