Founders are using AI to brainstorm and plan… to write code… and to make design work like graphics or artwork for their product. Eventually, the planning leads to legal or trust issues you did not see coming, the code turns into technical debt nobody really understands (or can debug when prod is down), and the design work turns into a PR nightmare about you not paying artists.
This talk is about the pattern behind that gap, what becomes obvious once the hype fades, and why the difference is no longer between people using AI and people not using it, but between those who understand it and those who mistake momentum for progress.
