In this practical and candid talk, Lee Goldsworthy will explain how fractional work operates: who buys it, what they are willing to pay for, and how to position your experience around a problem clients genuinely need solved. He will cover rates and pricing models, building a pipeline, winning your first clients and creating engagements that do not consume all the time and energy you intended to spend on your startup.

This session is for founders and experienced operators considering fractional work as a sustainable way to fund the build—not another form of full-time work squeezed into fewer days.

About our speaker:
Lee Goldsworthy is a Fractional CTO and Principal Advisor who runs High Growth Tech, working with VCs, and software startups/scale-ups on technology strategy, engineering delivery, and AI adoption. He's had 15 years in CTO/CPO roles before going fractional, and now advises founders and investors across the Australian innovation ecosystem. Alongside his client work he builds side projects including Genlearn and AI Orchestration Lab, and through Fractionals United, mentors other executives making the leap to fractional work.
