A weekly, outdoor gathering for people to begin the day with reflection, meditation, gratitude, and connection with others.
Many of us are wading our way through difficult life circumstances and mental health challenges. Oftentimes this can leave us feeling down, overwhelmed, and stuck.
This gathering creates a space for people to start the day together in a way that promotes connection and wellbeing.
We'd love for you to join us or pass on the information to anyone you think would be interested or benefit from this.
About us: Signal North County is an experiment of sorts. An attempt to create spaces for authentic and meaningful connection in a time when many people feel disconnected. We do this by hosting soulful meetups, outdoor adventures and community service events in North County, San Diego.
A typical event has about 10-20 people who typically range in age from their late 20’s to mid-40s.
