8:00am Weekend Intermediate Ride

Welcome to our ninth group ride! :)

This ride will start at Crescent Field in Dover, into Rockaway Borough, towards Lake Denmark, down Green Pond Rd and finally back to Crescent Field for a total of 21.50 miles (34.60 km).

This is an intermediate ride, so please make sure you can keep up with the peloton. Average pace will range between 11 mph (17.70 km/h) – 14mph (22.53 km/h).

Let’s meet at the basketball courts, and please be there 10 minutes early! Don’t forget to bring some water and most importantly your helmet!!
