What we’re about

A safe, confidential, judgment-free space for men to share openly, support one another, and grow together. Whether you’re navigating life challenges, seeking connection, or just need a space to be heard, this group is here for you. Come as you are , no pressure, just real conversations and real support.

Group Rules — Morris County Men’s Support Group
By joining this group, you agree to the following:

  1. Confidentiality: What is shared in the group stays in the group.
  2. Non-Judgment: We listen and support without criticizing, fixing, or judging others.
  3. Respect: Everyone’s experiences, emotions, and perspectives are valid. Respect all members.
  4. No Unsolicited Advice: Only offer advice if it is asked for. Sometimes we just need to be heard.
  5. Authenticity: Come as you are. You don’t have to pretend or perform here.
  6. Participation is Voluntary: Share if and when you feel comfortable. Silence is welcome too.
  7. No Hate Speech, Discrimination, or Harassment: This will not be tolerated and will result in immediate removal.
  8. Self-Responsibility: Take care of yourself. Speak your truth kindly, and honor your own emotional boundaries.
  9. Video On: Since meetings are online, cameras must stay on during the conversation to maintain a safe and connected space.

If you cannot agree to these guidelines, we respectfully ask you to remove yourself from the group.
