Group Rules — Morris County Men’s Support Group
By joining this group, you agree to the following:
- Confidentiality: What is shared in the group stays in the group.
- Non-Judgment: We listen and support without criticizing, fixing, or judging others.
- Respect: Everyone’s experiences, emotions, and perspectives are valid. Respect all members.
- No Unsolicited Advice: Only offer advice if it is asked for. Sometimes we just need to be heard.
- Authenticity: Come as you are. You don’t have to pretend or perform here.
- Participation is Voluntary: Share if and when you feel comfortable. Silence is welcome too.
- No Hate Speech, Discrimination, or Harassment: This will not be tolerated and will result in immediate removal.
- Self-Responsibility: Take care of yourself. Speak your truth kindly, and honor your own emotional boundaries.
- Video On: Since meetings are online, cameras must stay on during the conversation to maintain a safe and connected space.
If you cannot agree to these guidelines, we respectfully ask you to remove yourself from the group.
