Let’s meet up on the regular to unwind & destress. Any day is a good day to get out meet new people and get away from busy schedules, talk about things that really interest us and enjoy time for you. Just having “our group” will be so special that it gives us purpose to “be mindful” to take time for ourselves. There’s no itinerary for our meetings.
