What we’re about
We are a group of open water swimmers, swimming in Morro Bay from Coleman Beach, mostly without wetsuits, followed by a sauna and great community vibes. We welcome all levels of abilities and can help newcomers get accustom to swimming in cold water.

Saturday Morning Weekly Swim and Sauna in Morro Bay
Coleman Beach, Embarcadero Road, Morro Bay, CA, USWe will gather at 8am on Coleman Beach and get in the water around 8:15am. We will discuss conditions, swim course, basics (if we have new swimmers) and answer questions. Any ability is welcome.
You'll need the following:
- Swim suit
- Neoprene cap with a strap (ideally like this one)
- Goggles
- Ear plugs (ideally these or similar)
- Towel
- Sandles
- Water
We will follow the swim with a sauna session located at Coleman Beach. This is optional. You can book the 9am seat with California Sauna Club here. There are only 8 seats available per hour. If you finish early, the sauna will be available early.
