Start your week with a calm, intentional morning walk at Jetton Park. This is a space for us to move their bodies, breathe, and reset whether you want to chat with others or simply be in quiet presence.

Strollers & kids welcome.

We’ll walk at an even pace along the trails, allowing space to:

Move out excess energy
Regulate your nervous system
Connect with nature and like-minded adults
Share thoughts or simply enjoy the morning in silence

This is a low-pressure, adult-only gathering. Come as you are, bring a water bottle, and let’s start the week grounded, calm, and connected.
