Walk: The "Stair- GrandMaster" ft. a Cave (Rockville)

This 8mi hard circuit is paved but contains NUMEROUS sets of stairs (individ. ttl 328) & hearty hills. Pace: 2.5-3mph. Warm-up 920a, walk @930a! The trek journeys through surrounding schools & neighborhoods, with opportunities for Mulberry tree- fruit munching. Highlights include an acute cave (pictured) which has a STEEP incline, a hidden asphalt path, & a befitting bridge over a brook. A video game-like feel. | MAP
