An invitation to pause, reflect, and write.

Through a shared prompt, we’ll deep dive into ourselves — exploring what’s present, what’s hidden, and what’s ready to be heard. ✒️🌿

🗓️ What? When? How?

We’ll meet at 11:00 to settle into the space and each other.
Once we begin, we’ll write in silence for a while, then share our words in small groups… and finally, gather together in one big circle to close the morning.
We’ll wrap up around 12:45.

🧺 What to bring:

– Something to write on (notebook, journal, iPad – your call)
– A pen (or two, just in case)
– A blanket or something to sit on
– Water/snack if you want to stay cozy
– Open mind, curious heart ❤️
