Watershed Cleanup Day

UPDATE: We will once again be participating in Clearwater Conservancy's Watershed Cleanup Day. We are NOT doing a canoe based float because the site surveys identified that the stream is in good shape BUT there are several sites along the Bald Eagle Valley corridor (route old 220).

Several teams have been assigned to the Bald Eagle Valley area of Centre County this year. We will be leading two teams starting at Egypt Hollow. Details are below; please let leader Ron Johnson know if you and/or others can join us so that he can ensure that we have enough safety vests, bags, gloves etc. Note that this will be a roadway based cleanup and will differ logistically from our previous cleanup efforts.

Waterproof shoes and clothing and work gloves are recommended.
