Nos gustaría compartir con la comunidad de Ministry of Testing nuestra experiencia incorporando inteligencia artificial en la estrategia de automatización de pruebas con Wakamiti, una herramienta open-source.
Queremos mostrar los escenarios de aplicación en los que estamos trabajando y los aprendizajes obtenidos hasta ahora. La IA puede acelerar y facilitar la madurez de nuestros procesos de testing y automatización, pero hay que tener cuidado: si automatizamos sin una estrategia clara —dejando que la IA decida todo por nosotros— corremos el riesgo de acabar con un conjunto de casos de prueba que nadie entiende, nadie mantiene, y que con el tiempo pierden sentido. Al menos, esa es la realidad hoy en día.
Nos gustaría abrir este debate con la comunidad y compartir buenas prácticas, retos y aprendizajes. ¡Esperamos que os resulte interesante!
### 🇬🇧 Talk: Everything Changes, AI Changes Everything – Test Automation Strategy in Current Times

We’d like to share with the Ministry of Testing community our experience incorporating AI into our test automation strategy using Wakamiti, an open-source tool.
We’ll showcase the application scenarios we’re currently working on and the lessons we’ve learned so far. AI can accelerate and support the maturity of our testing and automation processes—but we must be careful: if we automate without a clear strategy, letting AI decide everything for us, we risk ending up with a test suite that nobody understands, nobody maintains, and that loses its meaning over time. That’s the reality today.
We want to open this debate with the community and share best practices, challenges, and insights. We hope you’ll find it valuable!
