What we’re about
We are an online group helping each other to become the safe container for all the emotional expressions of our children.
This is sometimes the hardest thing to do: why is my child so angry? sad? why the tantrums, the aggression? the frustration?
We help each other to navigate the stages of emotional development and maturation to raise a generation of emotionally mature children.

Emotional Maturation Series: How to handle tantrums?
Emotions are not problems to be managed; they are intelligent messengers that guide growth, resilience, and connection.
When children feel safe to express their emotions without fear of repercussion, emotional growth happens naturally — both for them and for the adults guiding them.
However, this can only happen when parents themselves feel safe and grounded with their own emotions.
Children’s “big feelings” often awaken strong emotions in adults, and a parent’s ability to stay calm, compassionate, and present during those moments creates the secure environment in which true maturation can unfold.
That is why I work with active, conscious parents — those who are shaping the emotional landscape of the next generation.
Agenda:
My story: who I am, how I learned all that I know.
Your story: Sharing circle of the participants, just as much as you want: what do you deal with daily, what is your story, what is your experience
Why are there tantrums at all? How to respond?
Emotions vs feelings

Big Feelings, Small Bodies – Emotional Maturation Series
Brno Expat Centre, Orlí 3, Brno-střed, CZTogether with the Brno Expat Centre, we offer expat families a well-being and conscious parenting workshop, led by integral counselor and emotional maturation specialist Eszter Saródy, offering a warm, supportive space for expat mothers of 0–3 year-olds to explore the emotional layers of early motherhood abroad. As a mother of three who once navigated the challenges of being an isolated expat parent without family support, Eszter brings both professional expertise and lived understanding.
Together we will unpack the Expat Motherhood Paradox—how we appear resilient on the outside while carrying loneliness, overwhelm, cultural disconnection, and pressure on the inside. Through experiential practices—including attunement exercises, circle dialogue, emotional expression mapping, and somatic co-regulation tools—mothers will learn to:
- understand their child’s early emotional cues,
- respond with confidence and calm,
- support secure attachment without losing themselves.
The workshop reframes crying, clinginess, and big feelings as communication rather than problems, helping mothers see behaviour through a compassionate, developmental lens.
Esther will support you in:
- reducing guilt and self-pressure,
- strengthening co-regulation,
- understanding how emotions work in both mother and baby,
- reconnecting with your intuition.
We’ll end with a grounding reflection and shared group moment to integrate insights and build community.
Join us to feel supported, understood, and more connected—to your child, and to yourself—within a circle of fellow expat moms.1 attendee
