Camille Mallon
Camille is an internationally experienced leader who combines entrepreneurial instinct, and technical leadership skills with business strategy, to develop and build high-performing teams. As a creative, hands-on leader, accomplished in implementing strategic change management she works as a Cyber Content Manager for Immersive Labs and is the co-founder of WiTCH - Women in Tech & Cyber Hub.
She'll be presenting 'Life in the scrum' - an insight into how to build your best team, on and off the pitch by identifying common themes between sport and business, including Scrum framework, team diversity and leadership.

Olha Lapshova
Originally from Ukraine, Kyiv, Olha is a mum of two with decades of experience in International IT at Hewlett Packard, and now is Head of Support at Simitive.
Her talk 'Crossing Borders' is a story of her journey of moving to a new country, the difficulties of hunting for a job without native-level English and the importance of support from others and companies.
