Newtown's Creative Expression Art Classes - Saturday 14th March 2.00 pm

Hi All,

If anyone would like to join our creative expression art class, which is very suitable for mothers and daughters, and for that matter, fathers, daughters, sons, any family situation, wanting to enjoy that beautiful bond, which happens during the creative process, our next class is on the 14th March at 2.00 pm. (Suitable only for age 10 upwards and able to sit through a meditation and visualisation and focus on an artwork, for at least an hour.)

Our theme for this class is "Creating a new pathway".

When we look at neuroscience, we get an understanding of how our wired brain, chooses the familiar pathway, which is our usual patterning, but what if we start to develop a new neural pathway, and choose a different path. First we need to find it and then we need to practise it.

Come and join us as we go into our imagination and become explorers of our minds, creating something new for ourselves.

PS : Also, for everyone to know, that if you are a little late, I will just open the door for you and have seats waiting, it is not a problem at all to just slip in and join the visualisation.

About our class:

Draw yourself to happiness as you draw, collage and paper sculpt your imagery, prompted by a led meditation.

Come along and enjoy a two hour session of creative focus with other like minded people, sharing, supporting and enjoying their creativity together. Learn something new about yourself and take back some new tools into your everyday life. Know that you are in a safe space to really explore your own inner landscape and gain joy out of your creative experience.
